KLP® Hybrid Polymer Sleepers

The KLP® Hybrid Polymer Sleeper is an excellent alternative to the concrete, steel and timber sleepers in current UK use.

Maintenance free and fully tested, they have superior lateral resistance in ballast and durable high end benefits that will last a long lifespan of over 50 years.

To achieve the required rigidity and strength, KLP® Hybrid Polymer Sleepers are reinforced with two steel bars, completely encased within the plastic during the moulding process. They use 35% less material than the traditional shaped solid sleepers and can be supplied with either flat, or inclined baseplate areas.
