KLP® Hybrid Polymer Switch & Crossing Bearers

Since its market introduction in 2006 the KLP® Hybrid Polymer S&C Bearer has proven itself in many locations worldwide.

Four steel reinforcement bars are completely encased and moulded into the S&C and bridge bearers for rigidity and strength. With a cross-section ranging from 300 x 130 mm to 300 x 150 mm, they are available in lengths from 2,600 to 5,200 mm. Complete S&C units can be supplied to form lengths of up to 10,400 mm.
